Is it possible to make disciples of every nation? Did Jesus give a command to do what he could not do?No, it IS possible and it is God's gracious plan. CCC is based on winning, building and sending, focusing and building on students and young adults. Through their influence on society, government, media and education Christian leaders will play a very important role we believe.
Japan has 700 4 year universities with over 2.8 million students. These are the future leaders of Japan. Without trying to find leaders in Japan it is easy to identify the future leaders as these university students. These leaders once they leave the university are much less likely to have opportunities to become Christians, and less likely to be able to receive discipleship training. Do you want to see Japan changed? The most effective way is to reach these major university students. This is the real front line to see Japan reached and changed with the gospel.
Would you give your life to help do this work? It is not just up to your own thoughts, but the Lord who is calling. Those who are not called by God will not last. But for those who are called, difficulties of finances and spiritual battles will not stop them. God will meet there needs.

Raising 100% your own full support and ministry expenses, working full time with CCC. - Associate staff
While doing your own other full time work, this position is for those who commit to part time involvement on a regular basis with CCC. They raise their own ministry expenses only. For example college professors or business people. - Interns
For those who are not yet sure of their calling to join staff but work alongside staff while starting to raise their own support.

If you are interested please talk with any CCC staff. If you have no ministry involvement
with CCC, please confir with a staff member about doing some work together with them.
You wont really understand our work unless you get involved first.
Those who are set on joining CCC please confir with one of the staff leaders. Confirm the official steps to joining staff.
Only those with Japanese citizenship may apply to Japan Campus Crusade for Christ. If you are a citizen of another country, you must join CCC in your own country and apply through them to be sent as a missionary to Japan in order to work with JCCC.
